We provide machining support and tooling Heat treated custom stainless C-465 and Titanium 6AL4V (with 5553, stainless with 54HRC to 58HRC). Apache end mills are designed to provide highest R 0.1 and lowest cost per part with consistancy in tool life. Each tool is individually inspected to provide a very consistent tool life every time. Our tools are used by leading aerospace companies. Custom made tool are available to suit your machine tools, material and application cutting tools are available to machine material up to 68HRC.
