Apache AX7 Super Carbide CVD Diamond Coated Drills

Apache has developed the world's smallest certain of carbide(0.2 um) with help from Dr. Konrad Friedrich, Konrad micro drill, Germany and C.V.D Diamond Coating from cemecon Germany to provide three times the tool life than any P.C.D brazed or veined drill. Our test shows that we can drill up to 400'' of material without any delamination or exit burr. The material thickness from 1/8-750'' (3 mm to 20 mm). These application needs no coolant with 6000 RPm with 0.003 1PR.

Currently custom made tools to suit your machine tools, material and applications are available. Full technical support and lab test of customer material is available upon request. Current tools are approved by leading aerospace.
